We are a family-owned and operated business established in 1995. For the past 27 years, we have served people from all over the world & have been improving the hotel to bring the best possible experience for our guests. 

Brian the owner first came down to Costa Rica in 1987 with his wife and had a dream to build a hotel in Playa Hermosa. After purchasing one small piece of land he began to shape what is now known as Cabinas Brisa Del Mar.

When Brian first started this hotel it was nothing more than a few shared rooms with some fans, but over the years he kept putting everything he had back into the place to make it what it is today.

Brian and his wife Rhonda had a daughter named Shae, and then a son named Mason who were both born in Costa Rica. His daughter currently lives in the U.S. while his son followed in his dad's footsteps and is now the property manager of the hotel.

Our rooms are comfortable, fitting about 2-5 per room. We have a communal outside kitchen with a patio, barbecue, and a beautiful landscape of colorful & local plants. You can cook a delicious meal or make a cup of coffee and relax with a book by the pool. We also accept furry friends.

If you're looking for a healthy routine to kick-start your day, we offer complimentary ice baths! Very pleasant to do when it's hot outside, plus has many mental & physical benefits. No experience is needed!

Very close to the hotel you will find various restaurants to enjoy a local meal. Nearby there are multiple stores to buy food & drinks.
